Welcome to barbadoscrimeblog.com. This website is a spin-off of the Barbados-related homicide articles and analysis that I’ve published on caribbeansignal.com for the past few years.
The primary objective of this website is to collect news and conduct data analysis on homicides, violent crimes, and other related incidents that occur in Barbados.
As with the tracking of homicides, I only post on what is reported in the media. As such, any incident that occurs (for example, a robbery or a shooting), that does not make the news, will be not be captured. This means that numbers for various incidents may be under-stated.
