Police have made swift progress in apprehending suspects involved in a recent wave of armed robberies and are committed to capturing those responsible for recent gun violence. At a press conference, Acting Commissioner Erwin Boyce revealed that a group of young men behind a burglary spree involving firearms had been taken into custody. He noted that 14 robberies were recorded in the first 13 days of the year. Boyce also warned the public about scams on the social media page Bajan Market Place, where individuals are being set up for robberies.
