13-year-old fatally shot in Silver Hill while watching game

A 13-year-old boy was fatally shot while watching a netball game at Silver Hill, Christ Church, on the evening of March 25, 2025. Police responded to reports of gunfire around 7:48 p.m. and discovered that two assailants had fired multiple shots toward the hardcourt from behind nearby housing units. The victim sustained gunshot wounds to his abdomen and chest and was transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in a private vehicle, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
