
Residents of Nelson Street are voicing frustration over rising gun violence in Barbados following a drive-by shooting around 2:20 p.m. on Saturday (April 5). The incident occurred at the corner of Vine and King William Streets, where police confirmed that two houses and three cars were damaged. Witnesses reported hearing multiple rounds from what appeared to be a high-powered firearm. While most residents declined to speak in detail, one person raised concerns about the effectiveness of the country’s judicial system. Authorities are continuing investigations.
